Two Tennessean gentlemen have been apprehended for allegedly stealing from 10 stationary train cars, which comprised cases of vodka and Red Bull, as reported by authorities. Jason Wayne Potter, 23, and Ashton R. Balentine, 19, were taken into custody on Friday, and according to online criminal records in Nashville, they have been charged with 10 counts of motor vehicle burglary, aggravated criminal trespassing of railroad property, and infrastructure vandalism. Furthermore, Balentine faces an additional charge of underage possession of alcohol.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department revealed that the CSX trains were located at the end of Florence Avenue and Welworth Street in the Madison neighborhood. Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement officers noticed the suspects sitting beside roughly 30 cases of vodka. Further investigation within the train cars revealed an open shipping container with a missing security tag, containing Svedka vodka, as disclosed by a local television station. Furthermore, officers discovered nine other cars with signs of forced entry and locks that had been cut. Adjacent to one of the vehicles, several cases of Red Bull were also discovered.

Both Potter and Balentine are set to appear in court on Tuesday, as indicated by online records. The precise details of the court proceedings remain unknown at this time.
