- 2 cups water
- 2 cups cane sugar
Method:
- In a pot, combine matcha and sugar, whisk together, then add water.
- Bring to a boil while stirring gently to mix matcha, then reduce heat and stir for about 3 minutes.
- Let cool and store in a jar in the fridge for up to two weeks.
